Each patient at Jensen Endodontics will be provided with a treatment plan following their examination, showing a breakdown of all fees. These fees will be reviewed with every patient before treatment is administered.  For those patients who have dental insurance, Jensen Endodontics will make every attempt to obtain an estimate of benefits available from each patient’s insurance company. Upon completion of treatment, our staff will submit the insurance claim. Payment is expected at the time of treatment. 

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and personal checks. Cash is also accepted in exact amounts.
